Easy half hour run today that wasn't. Was running literally against the clock as I had left myself very little time to catch my train from Royal Park, so couldn't go too easy
Made it down the hill to Park Street in under 17 minutes, and was feeling okay. I wasn't overly pushing the pace but it didn't feel like an easy run
So I am running down Park Street and I thinking that I am not going to run well tomorrow unless I go for an easy run. Well, I am already two thirds of the way through the run and there is nothing for it but to finish it off
Made it to the station with two minutes to spare
TOTAL DISTANCE ; about six kilometres

so you couldve run 90s slower then ;)
so are you tracking your weekly monthly kms??? then.. i find excel pretty good for this...and notably this is my best km of months..hence running better
