Easy run into work today. Was debating all the way into town whether to extend the run a bit given this was a lighter week in terms of mileage. But I got to near the train station and decided to hop on there instead. So just under thirty minutes all up
Got to Park Street and again it seemed a little quicker than usual. Suddenly I was pushing the pace a bit for some reason. Got to Royal Parade and kept on going through to Jewell station where I just made the train
Very busy day at work, but had long lunch to go to. Consumed more than a few glasses of red and stumbled back to work to put in a few more hours. In the end, the others left the restaurant to go on a pub crawl so I missed out big time. Bugger!
Instead, I went to the pub after work and downed a few pints before going home to find the mother-in-law in residence. Not a great way to end the day
