Training was with Brian up at the track today
Interesting little session this one. We had to do two sets. Each consisted of run 2 minutes, 1 minute rest, run 1.5 minutes, 1 minute rest, 1 minute run, 1 minute rest, then repeat. A short break and we were straight into the second set
In the first set, pretty sure my repeated efforts were further than the first half. As for the second set, I went out way too hard in the first two minute effort and had to pull back a bit. I was trying for 80 seconds a lap and ripped out 72 through the first lap. Very silly
The last half of that second set was pretty hard and had to dig deep a bit to finish it off. I almost walked the recovery before that last one minute effort
TOTAL DISTANCE : about 7.5 kilometres
