Training was with Brian tonight and I made it a little tougher than it should have been. We were supposed to be doing steady efforts, which I evidently took to mean go solid. I was wrong
The first set was 5 x 300's with just a 100 metre float recovery. A five minute break, then 6 x 200's with 100 metres slow jog recovery. This second set was tough going from about the halfway point
The last set at least felt alright with 50 metre walk, 150 metre stride out. Did three laps warm down to finish
Pigged out on supper afterwards and then had chips when I came home. Not a great day diet wise
TOTAL DISTANCE : about 6.5 kilometres
