Nice, slow recovery run today. At least, it was supposed to be
Got to Park Street at the bottom of St Georges Rd and there was only 18 odd minutes on my watch, which was about a minute quicker than normal. And yet, I didn't feel like I was working that hard
Motored my way along Park Street to try to make sure I made it to Royal Station in time for the train. I still must have been moving reasonably swiftly as I had to make up a little at the station to bring it up to an even thirty minutes. A journey that would normally take me around 32 minutes slow run pace
Felt good afterwards, not like I had overdone things. And wouldn't you know it - the train was five minutes late!
TOTAL DISTANCE : about six kilometres
