Interesting session today with Brian. He set out a circuit through the grassy infield and we were to run that, move onto the track to do a lap and then back through that infield circuit
We had to do five of those in lots of three minutes with two minutes slow jog recovery
Enjoyed an ale or five in the clubrooms afterwards. Might be my turn to buy the next slab
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 4.5 kilometres including warm up and down
