Long slow distance run home from work today
Felt pretty good for most of it, although about 10 mins from home it suddently got very chilly and it started to rain. Very, very cold and a sign of things to come. I seem to remember last Autumn was much colder at night than winter turned out to be
TOTAL DISTANCE = about nine kilometres
