Rest day today. Couldn't go for a run anyway as wanting to rest foot which actually felt better today after running yesterday than it did after the rest day on Friday. Go figure
Also couldn't get out for run as had to assist at the Coburg 24 Hour Ultra Carnival. Saw a woman complete the last of her 180 kilometre to qualify for the Australian squad. She was only supposed to do 12 hours but asked if she could keep going for 24!
Pub afterwards where all the overnighters were falling asleep at the table - Mark, Brian and Kylie
