Woke up pretty sore this morning, but happy that the scales showed I had lost a kilogram or so
Plan was to go for a run at work, but a 2 hour meeting put paid to that as I had quite a bit of work to do
As usual left work a half hour later than intended. It was warmer than I expected outside and was working up quite a sweat. Not sure the speed I was running at could be called slow. To me it seemed like a steady pace for an LSD.
Got to Princes Park and saw the AFL boundaries doing their time trial. I think it might have been Scotty Hutton that put out his hand for a high five as he went past. Saw Gerard Large as I turned the corner into Park Street
Plan was to run through to St George's Rd and head for home, but end run at 40 mins. Little did I know that St George's Rd runs uphill for about two kilometres. Yikes! At about 38 mins I heard a tram coming up on my left behind me and woosed out to hop on the tram at the next tram stop
Bathed with the children and then had yummy risotto for dinner.
Training tomorrow is the first back with Brian since his holidays. Should be interesting
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 8 kilometres
