Did training with the All Powerful Tancredi Stable tonight as my first run of the New Year
Six sets of 100 metre run through's was followed by 4 x 150's with about five minutes recovery between each. Have a LONG way to go - the faster guys were two seconds quicker than our fastest - I ran with a couple of 15 year olds!
TOTAL DISTANCE = just over 1 whopping kilometre in training, but then 15 minute run home pushed this out to about four kilometres total
