Rest day today. Have got four, potentially six, days straight of running ahead, so will need to be fresh for that
After last night's shenanigans put on almost a kilo. Not good. Added to that Madeleine my youngest daughter woke me up at 3:30 am and 4:30 am. Luckily she just wanted re-settling in her cot. Also had to get out of bed at 12:40 am to settle middle child Amelia back to sleep, but I had only just gone to bed at that stage
Walking to the tram stop legs felt very tired and heavy so must have got a bit out of last night's session Work is getting really busy which is not good when this is supposed to be a quiet month. Might actually have to put in some long hours next week and beyond. Didn't get home until 7:30 pm so helped to bathe them and put them to bed. Dinner was peanut butter sandwich, egg and cheese on toast and an apple. Scales should be an interesting read tomorrow
Had re-scheduled a lunch with two mates without telling one of the mates. Oops my bad. He was waiting 90 minutes texting my mobile phone which was turned off. My bad again. Must give him my work number
Found out today that my mother is going home today so that is good news. We will be popping in to see her over the weekend
I am taking my last training tomorrow at the track, as Brian will be back taking training next week. Haven't decided whether to do hills tomorrow or put the group through something else on the bike track. Little Aths have got the athletics track, so we've been booted off
