Training at Coburg today. Nice feeling!

Interesting session, and certainly a tough one. We started with 12 minutes of 200 metre efforts with just jog across infield recovery. I think I managed to rack up 9 or 10 of those. Then five minutes rest

We then had 12 minutes of 300 metre efforts with just 100 metre jog recovery. Think I got through eight of those. at least supercoach brian thought so

Then we had a 1500 metre effort. For that I did 4:50, which I wasn't overly displeased with

TOTAL DISTANCE : about seven kilometres
