Training with Brian tonight. I forgot to pack my running shoes, so after Kylie had gone home to get them and dinner for the children, I missed the entire warm up set
Interesting session tonight. There were five reps of a two-pronged set. Each set would be a cross country circuit on the infield, then 100 metres walk recovery, then a 300 metre rep on the track, then walk back to infield circuit start. Repeat five times
Not sure how quick I was going but it was pretty solid. Probably just one or two sets short of a really tough little session. Then again, after yesterday's stupidity in treating my recovery session like a race, I was feeling very heavy in the legs. Also, I didn't do myself any favours by getting to bed very late
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 4.5 kilometres
