My last day of running for the month - a 30 minute recovery run, which takes me from home to the zoo, where I can hop the train or tram to work
Felt really good all the way down St Georges Rd, but started to feel heavy from Park Street on. Could feel myself surging a little when I wasn't concentrating on slowing my pace. In the end, pretty glad to finish
Running under Royal Parade, I could hear the city train heading towards Royal Park station. In the end, I missed it by about 30 seconds, which was frustrating. Hopped on the tram, which luckily came straight away
TOTAL DISTANCE = about six kilometres
