Didn't feel too bad today, especially after sleeping in
Watched a bit of television and looked after children while Kylie had two hour snooze on couch, then went and mowed the backyard jungle
Was 4:30 pm by the time I could get out for a run. Went for a comfortable 67 minutes out on the Merri Creek bike path south towards the city
Got back and had bath with children before cooking them fish fingers for dinner
Turns out Division Four men may have made the Shield Final and Division Two women won (as expected) and we now have teams promoted to division one of both AV winter and AV summer in the same year. How good is that!
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 13 kilometres
