Training was with Brian up at Coburg today

I think I was still in party mode from Sunday morning, as I completely stuffed up the first set of what we were supposed to be doing. Brian split the group up into guys who had done the HM and those that hadn't

The others were doing 12 minutes of 200;s with jog across infield recovery, while we had to do easy, medium, easy, steady. I thought that meant doing that with 200's, but in fact it was supposed to be that with 400's. oops, my bad

the second set we did with the main group which for us was the 12 minutes of 200's to join the other group's second set

Was doing 38's or so for each one and hope that will be able to reel off reps a little faster than that as the season progresses!

TOTAL DISTANCE : about seven kilometres including warm up and down
