Unfortuantely, with no watch I have no idea how fast I ran them. Had to head into the clubrooms after each one so I could watch the clock in there to get my ten minute recovery in
The last one I did pretty tough, but it still felt reasonably strong. Was pretty stuffed afterwards
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 4 kilometres including warm up and down
