Training with Brian
A couple of the Little Aths guys have got their State Champs this weekend in Bendigo, and as I still have two more pro meets, we did a different session to everyone else
A tough one if we had done the full session. For the regulars it was to be four sets of steady 400 metres, 100 metre jog recovery, 300 metres steady, 200 metre job recovery, then 200 metres hard. A 5 min break then repeat
For myself and the Little A's, we only gad to do two sets of that. We had a slightly longer break, then we did another set but with walk recovery. Brian then had us two four easy 150's
I got through all that pretty well. Still, I was working pretty hard and not sure how I would have gone doing the session like the other guys, ie the full four sets
We then had two cool down laps
TOTAL DISTANCE = about 5.5 kilometres
